Please see below list of services and cost associated with it. 1. First 10 vents - $300 2. Succeeding vents -$15/ea 3. Sanitation - $40 ($50 value) 4. Washroom exhaust -$45 if needed to pull out the motor ($55 value) - if there’s no need to pull out the motor will be cleaned FOC 5. Dryer and vent cleaning -$85 ($130 value) 6. HRV cleaning - $65 ($85 value) 7. Humidifier filter inspection and system cleaning FOC 8. Furnace blower included in the cleaning 9. Furnace filter - $16/ea ($23 -$25 value at HD) 10. Sealing and inspection of leaks if minimal will be FOC but will charge on materials only if leak is excessive 11. Gas premium (truck charge): - $70 Hamilton, Ajax, Pickering, Durham, St Catharines, Toronto - $60 Scarborough, Mississauga, Georgetown, Milton and Brampton area, North York, Etobicoke - $50 Caledon, Bolton, Shelburne, Barrie - $40 Markham, Richmond Hill, New Market, Vaughan - $30 Schomberg, King City, Kleinburg - New Tecumseth, Bradford FOC Cleaning will take 3-4 hours or longer depending on the condition of the system. Starting price excluding Gas Premium could be around $400-$450 plus tax.
